Agreement reached between Noida Authority and farmers in Patwari village after meeting between Noida authority and farmers- Noida Extension News update

Finally the agreement reached on Patwari village between farmers and Noida authority. ow the contruction can again start at Patwari village. Authority were on the back food in the discussion and agreed to farmers demand. Flat buyers at Patwari bridge can breathe easy.

Following has been agreed between Noida Authority and farmers at Patwari village.

1) 8% of develpoed land will be given to farmers
2) Compensation increased by Rs 550 to Rs. 1400/sq. meter to the farmers
3) Abadi land will be regularised
4) The condition on leased abadi land has been changed to suit farmers interest.
5) The Abadi land will be developed as sectors are developed.
6) ITI training for youths of villagers.
7) 10% reservation for Greater Noida farmers in education institutes of Greater Noida.
8 ) Landless labours of villages to get 40 meter plot in lieu of loss of job due to land aquisition.
